Please see below information regarding stock and lead times and check the product you wish to purchase before making your order for its current lead time.

Once your product is ready to be dispatched, we or our courier partner will contact you to by email or text message to arrange a suitable day and time window for delivery.

You should ensure you are available at the time and location that you have advised when you are contacted regarding your delivery.

If your location is difficult to find or you have specific delivery instructions, please be sure to give these details when you are contacted regarding your delivery.

Good access should be made to the location where you want your product for large items (single and double vanity units).

 

LARGE ITEM SHIPPING

For single or double vanity units, we will deliver with a 2-man team who will deliver to your doorstep or the nearest access point of the property.

If you require large items to be delivered into your property then please discuss this when contacted to arrange your delivery. Current Covid restrictions may apply and it may not always be possible to deliver within your property.

Please ensure that if we have agreed to deliver outside or inside your property that sufficient access is made.

 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

If you are an international customer and would like us to provide a quote for shipping then please do get in touch with us at info@thewaywelivelondon.com

Please be aware there may be local charges in your own country that you are responsible for paying before or upon delivery and you advise you to check this before placing an order.

 

LEAD TIMES

All items are currently made to order so please check the item you want to buy for estimated lead times.

Once your product is ready, we will contact you for a suitable day and time for delivery.

There is an option for an express service which is an additional £150 per item.

We advise you not to book in your professional tradesman or plan installation of your product until you have received your product.

We cannot be held liable for any loss of time or money which is the result of booking in installation before our products have arrived safely with you.

 

RECEVING YOUR ITEM

We advise that upon receiving your item that you carefully open and check the product within 48 hours. It is important that you keep the original packaging in a good condition should you wish to return your product within 30 days.

 

INSTALLING YOUR PRODUCT

We strongly suggest that you enlist a reputable professional to install your basin.

We cannot accept returns once they have been used, altered or installed.
