RETURNS FROM THE UK
We hope you love your product, however if you change your mind here is what to do;
- Ensure you keep all the original packaging in good condition for a return
- Contact us at info@thewaywelivelondon.com within 30 days of receiving your item
- You will be sent a returns form which you should include in your original product packaging
- Returns will only be accepted where the product has not been used, installed or altered and where all original packaging is in present and in a good condition.
- You will be eligible for a full refund of the product and original shipping minus the cost of a returns courier which will be arranged by us at a suitable day and time window for you.
- Arrangements for a return courier (provided by us) must be made and booked for within 10 days of notification that you would like to return.
- Return courier costs are £15 for each basin and will be quoted for any vanity units based on your location and whether a 2 man team is required at the collection address
- Once we have inspected the items and providing the product and the packaging is in good condition, we will process a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product back, minus the cost of a return courier which we will quote and arrange for.
RETURNS INTERNATIONAL
We hope you love your product, however if you change your mind then please contact us at info@thewaywelivelondon.com and follow the below steps;
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item
- You will receive a returns form which you should include in your original product packaging
- Returns will only be accepted where the product has not been used, installed or altered and where all original packaging is in present and in a good condition.
- You will be eligible for a full refund of the product minus you original shipping cost and the cost of a returns courier which will be arranged by us at a suitable day and time window for you.
- Arrangements for a return courier (provided by us) must be made and booked for within 10 days of notification that you would like to return.
- Return courier costs are quoted based on your location and the cost of this will be deducted from your refund
- Once we have inspected the items and providing the product and the packaging is in good condition, we will process a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product back, minus the cost of a return courier which we will quote and arrange for.
RETURNS - BESPOKE ITEMS
If you have requested a bespoke item then this is non-refundable.
RETURNS - DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you receive an item which is faulty or damaged then you should notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item and send in a photo to info@thewaywelivelondon.com. We will offer either an exchange or new product to be delivered at no cost or a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product back. We will send a returns form and arrange for a collection of the item at a suitable date and time window.
Please enclose your return form with your product.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR;
- Unwanted items returned after 40 days
- Unsolicited / unarranged returns of goods
- Items which have been used, installed or altered
- Items where due care has not been taken for the original packaging
- Damaged items not notified by e-mail to us within 14 days
